At Aviek, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our refund and return policy makes it easy to address your concerns.

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is also required. Certain items, including intimate apparel, swimwear, and customized products, are non-returnable for hygiene or personalization reasons. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
